This week we have been busy doing addition and subtraction with out regrouping, finishing our inquiry of Water Conservationists, and learning about landscape in art.  We have also been talking about being grateful for things around us and have started brainstorming things to be thankful for.

Even though this has been a short week we have begun to work on our water conservationist research project.  We also have been working in adding double digit numbers without regrouping.  We also made water cycle bracelets to represent the stages of the water cycle.
Please remember that this week is a short week.  There is no school on Thursday, Friday and Monday.  We will see you all on Tuesday, February 18.

This week we have been practicing our addition facts to 18 using a deck of cards and playing addition war.  We have also been doing a lot of water experiments.  A water filtration, evaporation, and the 3 states of water experiments.
